Process:
Based on the principle of the dark camera, an image is projected by a small hole (pinhole photograph) or a lens or set of it (which is denominated objective), on a surface; To capture and store this image, traditional cameras use a support covered by a chemical compound sensitive to light (in most of them, photographic film), while in digital photography an image sensor is used that divides the frame into A horizontal and vertical grid of elements-capturing the light of each of them and converting them into voltage values-, which are converted into numerical values after an analog-to-digital conversion process and are subsequently transmitted to a computer embedded in the device, Which gives them a format and allows their transmission or storage in a digital medium, for subsequent printing, visualization or analysis.
